What it means

An agent reported on a run whose job had already ended. A job's ending is written once and never changes, so the report was not applied; it is recorded in the job's decisions so that it can be seen.

This is normal after a node was cut off and came back: the control plane ended the job as unreachable, and the agent then reported what it had done. zcube why job NAME shows both.
