What it means

A node presented a credential outside its validity window, judged on this machine's wall clock with a skew allowance of 60 seconds. A credential lives 24 hours and the agent renews it after half that.

The usual causes are a node whose clock is far off, or an agent that could not reach the server for a day. Check the clock on both machines (timedatectl). The agent renews by itself, on start and at half the life, and retries every few seconds when the server refuses.
