What it means

The agent asked the runtime about a container by name and the runtime has no record of it. The agent starts every container itself and re-adopts the ones it finds after a restart, so this means the runtime's state directory was emptied or replaced while the agent was running.

The workload is treated as lost and the controller starts a replacement. Check that nothing else is cleaning the agent's state directory.
