What it means

zcube check allocations rebuilt each node's allocation from its assignments and found at least one node whose allocation record says otherwise. The table on standard output shows both totals; the command exits 1 so that a script notices. Nothing was changed.

A disagreement is a bug (ZC-B0003, which the allocation auditor records on the node). While it stands the scheduler places nothing on that node. Collect a bundle of the node, then repair its accounting with zcube repair allocations <node>, which says what it would write.
