What it means

zcube repair allocations rewrites a node's allocation record, the scheduler's accounting of what is placed there, with the total rebuilt from the node's assignments. It changes authoritative state, so it runs only when asked twice: the cause line says what it would write, and nothing was changed.

Look at zcube check allocations first. If the rebuilt total is right, run the same command again with --confirm.
