What it means

`zcube job run`, or a POST to /v1/jobs, named a job that cannot run as it stands. The cause line names the field and the limit it broke: a name that is not 1 to 48 bytes of lowercase letters, digits and hyphens (none at either end), no command or too many words, a deadline of zero or above 24 hours, a grace period above 60 seconds, env above 8 KiB, an input above 64 KiB or with a NUL byte, a submit time more than an hour ahead, or more labels than a job may carry.

Two fields are refused because they are not built yet, and the cause says so: retries above 0 (a job runs at most once), and relay or placement. Accepting a field and ignoring it would say something false about where the job runs.

Fix the field it names and submit again.
