What it means

zcube local up starts zcube-server and zcube-agent, and looks for them in the directory that holds the zcube command itself. One of them is not there, is not an executable file, or the system refused to start it, so nothing was left running.

Build all three with zig build and run zcube from zig-out/bin, or keep the three files together when you install them.
