What it means

zcube apply could not read the file it was given: it does not exist, is not a regular file, is larger than a service file may be (64 KiB), or you may not read it. Nothing was sent to the server.

The cause line names the path and the system's reason. Check the path, or run zcube apply from the directory that holds the file.
