What it means

--no-redact keeps the environment values, labels, and anything that looks like a password, token or key in the bundle exactly as they were. Nobody should send such a bundle anywhere without reading every file in it first.

Leave --no-redact out and the values are replaced by [redacted:<kind>], which is what you want for a bug report.
