What it means

The store keeps the user.* attributes and security.capability (the file capabilities). Others were skipped, and the message names the file and the attribute: the trusted.*, system.* and security.* attributes other than the capability (SELinux labels, ACLs), an attribute with a name or value over the store's limits, and any attribute past the sixteenth on a file. user.overlay.* is overlayfs's own and is never imported, without a warning.

The digest does not include what was left out.
