What it means

--net user and --publish connect a container to the network through pasta (from the passt project), and the net check of zbx doctor found it missing, unable to report its version, or older than zbx can use. Nothing else depends on it: --net none (the default) and --net host run without pasta, so this is a warning and "zbx doctor" still exits 0.

Install a current passt (Debian and Ubuntu: apt install passt; Fedora: dnf install passt). A run that asks for --net user without it is refused as ZBX-E0601 (missing) or ZBX-E0602 (too old) before anything starts.
