What it means

The bundle was put together but could not be saved in the bundles directory under the state directory ($XDG_STATE_HOME/zbx/bundles, or ~/.local/state/zbx/bundles). The cause says why; a full disk is the usual one. Nothing partial is left behind: the file is written under a temporary name and renamed only when it is complete.

Free space, or point XDG_STATE_HOME at a directory with room, and run the same command again.
