What it means

--publish HOST:CONTAINER forwards TCP port HOST of this machine to port CONTAINER of the container, through pasta. Both are decimal port numbers from 1 to 65535, with no protocol after them: every forward is TCP. The option may be given up to 16 times, each with its own host port.

--publish gives the container a network of its own through pasta, as --net user does, so it needs no --net. The cause names what is wrong with the value; nothing was started.
