What it means
zbx writes zbx.lock to the nearest directory up from the working directory that has one, or else the working directory, through a temporary file in the same directory that it renames over the lock. That failed: the disk is full, the directory is not writable, or it is read-only. The message gives the path and the reason. The image itself was pulled and is in the store; run the command again once the directory can be written.
