What it means

zbx.lock names a manifest digest for the reference, and the store has no image with that digest. The store may be new, the image may have been removed (zbx store rm), or the lock may name a digest that was never pulled. A run never fetches by itself, because the lock is what says what to trust.

The message names the digest the lock wants and, if the store has some other image under the same reference, that one. Pull the locked digest to fill the store from the lock: zbx pull <repository>@sha256:<digest>
