What it means

zbx.lock says the reference means one tree, and the store's record of the image with the lock's manifest digest says another. A run starts from neither: it would be running something nobody chose.

The message names both tree digests. Either the lock was changed by hand (or by a merge), or the store's record was made by a different pull. To take the store's tree as the truth, remove the entry or the file and pull again; to keep the lock's, restore the store from it with the pull the message shows.
