What it means

Every manifest and every layer is named by the SHA-256 of its bytes, and zbx hashes what arrives before using it. These bytes hash to something else than the digest that named them (or than the Docker-Content-Digest header), or a layer in the blob cache has changed on the disk since it was downloaded. The message shows both digests.

The bytes were damaged on the way, or the registry, a mirror or a proxy in between is serving something it should not. Nothing from this answer was kept. Try again; if it repeats, the source is not to be trusted. For a damaged cache the message gives the file to remove.
