What it means

zbx reads the OCI image index and manifest and the Docker v2 manifest list and manifest, with layers that are tar, gzip tar or zstd tar. The registry sent something else and the message names its media type: the old Docker schema 1 manifests, a Helm chart or other artifact, a layer type that cannot be unpacked here, or a document whose own type and Content-Type disagree.

zbx refuses rather than guess from the shape of the JSON. Pull an image that is published in the supported formats.
