What it means

zbx could not find an address for the registry's host name. Either the name is misspelled in the reference, or this machine has no working DNS, or the network is down.

When the machine reaches the internet through an HTTPS proxy (the HTTPS_PROXY variable), the proxy looks the name up and this error means the proxy could not. Check the name in the reference first, then that other programs on this machine can resolve names.
