What it means

The kernel refused to read something in the store directory, or the store has more entries in one place than zbx can count at once. The store is in $XDG_DATA_HOME/zbx/store, or ~/.local/share/zbx/store.

The cause names the step and the kernel's reason. Check that the directory belongs to you, and that the disk is healthy.
