What it means

zbx followed a tree down through its subtrees and found one that is not in the store, does not hash to its name, or cannot be decoded. A tree object is a file named by the hash of its bytes, so this means the store was changed or damaged outside zbx (a disk error, a file removed by hand), or an earlier zbx wrote it wrongly.

The cause names the tree. Nothing was changed. Importing the directory again writes the trees it needs; objects that are already stored are reused.
