What it means

zbx reads each file twice, once to learn its digest and once to copy it, and the two reads did not agree: something wrote to the file in between. Importing a tree that is being written would store a mixture, so zbx stops.

Stop whatever writes to the directory (a running container using it as its root, a build), or import a copy, and run the command again.
