What it means

"zbx store import" reads the directory it is given from inside your user namespace, with the same ids a container would see. The path, or something below it, is missing, is not what it should be (the source must be a directory), or cannot be read by you.

The cause names the path and the kernel's reason. Files that only you cannot read (mode 0600 and owned by a subordinate id) are readable inside the namespace; files owned by an id outside it are not.
