What it means

A detached run ("zbx run -d") hands the container to a supervisor process that stays to wait for it and to finish its record. The kernel refused to create that process (a process limit, or no memory), so nothing was started.

The cause names the kernel's reason. Check the process limits with "ulimit -u".
