What it means

The conversation with the user bus broke: a reply was malformed or too big, the connection closed in the middle, a call got no answer in time, or reading or writing the socket failed.

The cause names the step and what went wrong. A bus that stops answering is overloaded or stuck; "systemctl --user status" and "journalctl --user -u dbus" show why. A malformed reply from a real bus is a bug worth reporting with the output of "zbx bundle --last".
