What it means

zbx confines container processes with a seccomp filter. The kernel must be built with CONFIG_SECCOMP and CONFIG_SECCOMP_FILTER, and must report it the same way in the Seccomp: line of /proc/self/status and through prctl(PR_GET_SECCOMP).

Use a kernel with seccomp enabled; every mainstream distribution kernel has it. If the two answers disagree, run "zbx doctor" again, and report it if it repeats. If a file could not be read, the cause says so.
