What it means

--tmpfs takes PATH or PATH:SIZE, an empty tmpfs gone at exit (64 MiB without a size; SIZE is bytes, or a number with k, m or g, from 4096 bytes to 1 TiB). --bind takes HOST:PATH, a host directory or file mounted read-only. --secret takes HOST_FILE:PATH, a host file copied into the container's memory, mode 0400, read-only, owned by the container's root.

Every path is absolute, with parts that are names (no empty, "." or ".." part), at most 256 bytes, and holds no ':', space or control character. A path in the container may not be "/", nor /proc, /sys, /dev or below them, nor /etc/hosts, /etc/hostname or /etc/resolv.conf: zbx mounts those itself. The cause names the part that is wrong.
