-e names a variable that is not set

What it means

"-e NAME", with no "=", copies the variable NAME from the environment of the zbx command into the container. NAME is not set there (or its value is longer than 4096 bytes, more than a container can take), so there is nothing to copy and zbx did not start the container.

Give the value on the command line ("-e NAME=VALUE"), or set the variable for this one command: NAME=VALUE zbx run -e NAME ... A value is never printed or stored by zbx.
